证监会：严格审核“再融资”申请

本周一，证监会提醒上市公司在通过大量发行新股进行再融资时要谨慎。“再融资”这个经济术语是怎么表达的呢？

"Refinancing by listed companies is one of the capital market's functions, but companies should take the timing, scale and market sentiment into account when planning new share issues. Companies should on no account maliciously seize money from the market," the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) said in a statement on its website.

中国证监会在其网站声明中指出：“上市公司再融资是资本市场的重要功能之一，但是上市公司在计划发行新股时，应考虑到发行时机、规模以及市场反应等因素。上市公司绝不应该通过市场进行恶意‘圈钱'。”

Refinancing就是“再融资”的意思，“融资”就是financing，这两个词在财经类新闻报道中很常见。融资，顾名思义，就是货币资金的融通，是当事人通过各种方式到金融市场上筹措或贷放资金的行为。

跟融资很相近的一个词是“集资”，指的是从企业内部获得资金的方式，比如让自己下属拿出钱来入股就是集资，我们一般用fund raising来表达这个意思。

另外，跟financing有关的一个表达很值得一提，那就是self financing，在财经领域表示自筹资金或者自融资，用在日常生活中则表示自费或者自给自足，这是一个名词短语，如果作为定语修饰其他名词可以变化为self-financing。

例如： This is a self-financing program ， you have to pay for everything. 这是个自费项目 , 什么东西都得你自己花钱。
